Chapter Six - Only a week leave to go...

Having mixed feeling at minute, just want to get the week over and done with. I had enough want to get on with college work, this year going to be tough on all fronts just want to get started and it all feels like wasted time now.

Kicking that a side, summer project about there, I always feel like I can do more but I'm holding fire til lesson start now... other wise just end doing the wrong thing.

SO I have also been playing with cinema 4D, but I have only gone so far, seeing as now that I have entered an area of my knowledge is missing/lacking so I got lazy with it, lol.

I have create a 3D head that I now need to do a rig for, its just little unsure how to go about it. I will say this, the ears are the hardest to do I found, with doing the loops of topology. But I did find doing this enjoyable.... does that make me weird?!

Instagram time! ^_^

Today I'm going to show you @theanimatedlife

I love her cartoon style of drawing, it's so alive and beautifully drawn. I find myself inspired to draw just so I get myself to that standard of drawing.

Everyone Keep Drawing! :D

Chapter Fiver - Getting Organised

Summer Project

As it's all most over, the summer holidays I really near finish my project. So I been finishing off my lose ends, I finished my paint along with other I started and made a very long to do list that I'm slowly working through. So here show off what manage to finish for now and an other Instagram loves ^_^

I finished the piece, I'm happy with hair and sky but I feel the pattern too much. I would call this a half successful experiment.

An very old college painting that I just finished, I don't like it at all.

Something for Halloween... yeah I know it far away I just felt like drawing a witch.

A reworked this concept art in to black and white for I'm not that confidence with colour yet.

An other rework in black and white because I love black and white, I like this move than the coloured version.

Kelly McKernan is my next lovely artist I like write about. Her watercolour art so beautiful and so detailed. I alway look forward to watching her on periscope, she really inspiring to watch her at work and that been a real help to me to keep on improving myself and keep working hard. Kelly's painting technique is unique for she uses rock salt to create texture within her. Her Artwork enhancing to look at with clever composition your eyes are drawn in.

Chapter Four - Getting back into a Routine!

Okay, I'm getting back into doing work again

Little one back in nursery and I got a whole load of work I want to catch up on and finish. I have become an Instagram nut, so to CELEBRATE (in the voice Steve from cloudy with chance of meatballs 2) this I'm to comment on some of my favourites every week or when get around to it, lol. To Start off is @shardula I love her artwork, so it one of the reasons I grabs some wood and tried my hand at painting and patterns on wood. I adore her style of using masking tape and paint to create this beautiful artwork. Below are a few photos from her Instagram, so go check out her work.

Something I'm working on...

Okay, Zen pattern seem to be really in at the minute so I would to do something with that. I build up patterns on paper coloured and cut out then stuck it on to the wood. I nearly finished it hopefully I post the finish pic within the next couple of days. I'm not happy with the colours I have chosen but it too late now and I kinda wish I never put the zen pattern in at all. Hey, I'm still learning and doing still has given me new ideas I like to try just need to get more wood.
